Description
1. Login the hospital app
2. Click on complaints
3. Select any active complaint
4. Change the status as resolved
When changing the status of the complaint, update the audits for AAM, SU, Department Heads in the following format.
Case -1 : If only the ward number is entered and notes are also added when changing the status
Audit should be Complaint Resolved: Complaint for Ward/Bed No. <ward/bed no.> marked as resolved by <Team Member Name>. Department: <Department Name>; Issues: <Issues selected>; Notes: <Resolution Notes>
Case - 2 : If ward no and name are entered and notes are also added when changing the status'
Audit should be Complaint Resolved: Complaint raised by Patient <Name> in Ward/Bed No. <ward/bed no.> marked as resolved by <Team Member Name>. Department: <Department Name>; Issues: <Issues selected>; Notes: <Resolution Notes>
