1. Login the hospital app 2. Click on complaints 3. Select any active complaint 4. Change the status as *resolved* When changing the status of the complaint, update the audits for AAM, SU, Department Heads in the following format. *Case -1* : If only the ward number is entered and notes are also added when changing the status Audit should be *Complaint Resolved: Complaint for Ward/Bed No. <ward/bed no.> marked as resolved by <Team Member Name>. Department: <Department Name>; Issues: <Issues selected>; Notes: <Resolution Notes>* *Case - 2* : If ward no and name are entered and notes are also added when changing the status' Audit should be *Complaint Resolved: Complaint raised raided by Patient <Name> in Ward/Bed No. <ward/bed no.> marked as resolved by <Team Member Name>. Department: <Department Name>; Issues: <Issues selected>; Notes: <Resolution Notes>*
