closedResolved page - Resolved complaints are not displayed on the Resolved page when the resolution notes field is empty.

Description
1. Login the hospital app
2. Click on Complaints module
3. Choose any complaint
4. Change the status as resolved [resolution notes are empty in the mark as resolved popup]
5. Click on yes
Resolved complaints are not displayed on the Resolved page if the Notes field is empty.
Notes field is optional, so resolved complaints should be listed on the Resolved page even if the field is empty.

Note: if notes field is given, resolved complaints are listed under resolved page.

Main issue is fixed
When adding notes, the full text entered in the notes field should appear. Currently, only the first letter is being captured.

If the resolution notes field is empty on the resolved page, "N/A" should be displayed, but it is not.

Steps:
1. Scan the QR code.[Patient side]
2. Select a department, choose the issues, add any additional details, fill out all required information, and save it.
3. Log in to the hospital app.
4. Go to the Complaints module.
5. Select the most recently added complaint.
6. Change the status to "Resolved" (Note: the resolution notes field will be empty in the "Mark as Resolved" popup).
7. Click "Yes."
8. Click on the "Resolved" tab.
9. If the resolution notes field is empty, adding any details will cause them to appear, but this should not happen.
