Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to VitaGist.
- Click the Calendar icon at the top-right.
- Create a new event, enable All Day, and click Save.
- In the event view screen, click Edit for the same event.
- Change the disabled for All Day — the start and end time fields should appear, but they do not appear.
