Edit All day Event - Start and End Date Fields Missing When Converting All Day Event to Normal Event

Description

Edit All Day regular Event – When changing an all-day event to a normal event, the start and end date fields should become visible, but they are currently not displayed.

*Edit All day Reminder Event: *-

1. Login the VitaGist
2. Create an reminder event with all day
3. click on save
4. Edit the same event

Issue Observed: Time field shows the start date 12:00am and end time 11.59 pm, and additionally all day checkbox is in unchecked status

Expectation : It should be in checked status.
