Steps to Reproduce:

  • Login to Vitagist.
  • Navigate to Connections > Address Book.
  • Click Add or Edit Contact.

Issue:
The fields are not appearing in the correct order.

Expected Result:
Fields should be displayed in the specified correct order for both Add and Edit screens.
