Health -Devices:- Adding new Devices Page, Alignment should be as per design

Description
1.The Heading Text size should be increase and below text is missing.
2.Add device + icon should be displayed as per design.
3.The design page noticed 'Health' page, but actual noticed to Dashboard
Files
- Status changed from New to Resolved
- Assignee changed from Shobhika K to Ananth Kumar
Issues :
1. The main heading "Health" should be displayed on the top left side.
2. Adjust the alignment position of "Devices" and other text.
3. Change the position of the (+) symbol.
4. Add space for the "Bluetooth enabled device" text.
5. Swap the positions of the notes and delete icons and add a gap between them.Increase the size of the image icon.
