* Login with the Super user account. * Click on the Document Menu. * Navigate to the Upload tab. * Switch to the Client tab. * Select the client name [Name: Alliance Law Firm]. * Click on the browser button and choose the documents. * Click on the upload button [Name: File A]. * Next, go to the Matter Menu. * Navigate to the Legal/General Tab. * Select the Create Tab. * Fill in the mandatory field text and click on next. * Select the groups and proceed to the next step [Name: Group A] [Members - Member A and Member B belong to Group A]. * Select the clients and proceed to the next step [Name: Alliance Law Firm]. * Do not select any team member and proceed to the next step. * Select the document and click on submit [Name: File A] and [Matter Name: Criminal Custody]. * Now, login with Member A [Team Member account]. * Click on the Relationship Menu. * Select the View Relationship tab. * Choose Individual/Entity/Corporate. * Click on the Actions button [Name: Alliance Law Firm]. * Proceed to Exchange Information. * Navigate to Shared by Us. * Scroll down and locate Shared Documents. * Click on the Client Document tab. * Here, the logged-in team member is not involved in any matter, but [Matter Name : Criminal custody] matter related documents is appear but it shouldn't appear.
