This issue applicable for Vitagist and DG Counsels clients - Team Members are not involved in the matter , but that matter related document is appear but it shouldn't appear in view relationship - Exchange Information [Shared by us].

Description :

Super user or GH - Create a matter with Individual clients and do not select any team member and Select the document “Doc - A” .
Now Super user share the matter related document “Doc - A” in view relationship [exchange info].
That shared matter related document “Doc-A” should not appear in Team member account in view relationship [exchange info] but it’s appear.

Steps :

• Login with the Super user or GH account.
• Click on the Document Menu.
• Navigate to the Upload tab.
• Switch to the Client tab.
• Select the client name [Name: Vengadesh].
• Click on the browser button and choose the documents.
• Click on the upload button [Name: File A].
• Next, go to the Matter Menu.
• Navigate to the Legal/General Tab.
• Select the Create Tab.
• Fill in the mandatory field text and click on next.
• Select the groups and proceed to the next step [Name: Group A] [Members - Member A and Member B belong to Group A].
• Select the clients and proceed to the next step [Name: Vengadesh].
• Do not select any team member and proceed to the next step.
• Select the document and click on submit [Name: File A] and [Matter Name: Criminal Custody].
• Now, login with Member A [Team Member account].
• Click on the Relationship Menu.
• Select the View Relationship tab.
• Choose Individual / Corporate.
• Click on the Actions button [Name: Vengadesh].
• Proceed to Exchange Information.
• Navigate to Shared by Us.
• Scroll down and locate Shared Documents.
• Here, the logged-in team member is not involved in any matter, but [Matter Name : Criminal custody] matter related documents is appear but it shouldn't appear.

[Unable to test] -
Because DG Counsels Client - Even the document shared by Super user , Still there are listed out in unshared section when the user revisit the same document on lauditor side.
