Profile Info - Register Address and Mailing address - After clicking check box of " Same as Registered Address" - User is still able to edit Mailing address and check box will still be checked

All fields are non editable after clicking on checkbox except country field, Still the country field is editable.

Mentioned issue is partially fixed. if the checkbox is checked. the country dropdown should be disabled. now user could remove the country on that dropdown. please refer the Attachment.
