In web - After clicking same as Registered address, User will not be able to edit the mailing address (Confirm with Raksha whether to implement this or not)

Mentioned issue is partially fixed. if the checkbox is checked. the country dropdown should be disabled. now user could remove the country on that dropdown. please refer the Attachment.
