Matters (View Legal/General): In the view details timeline, the notes character limit should be changed to 150 characters.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with LexiZ
2.Go to the Matters Module
3.Click on View Matters
4.Select any one of the Matter
5.Click on action and select view details
6.Expand the timeline
7.There is on notes and corporate notes radio button will appear
8.Click on corporate notes
9.The notes character limit text should change to 150.
