View Relationships - Sending relationship request to an inactive client, status is in pending status, But it should be active

Description
1. Login the LexiZ
2. Click on Relationships module
3. Click on Add relationships
4. Try to send the relationship request to inactive client
Issues Observed: It shows an Success message stating "Relationship sent successfully" But relaionships is in pending status.
Expectation : when the user tries to send the request to inactive relationships, it should be reactivated
Note: Applicable for all clients and all user types
