1. Login the LexiZ
2. Click on Relationships module
3. Click on Add relationships
4. Try to send the relationship request to inactive client
Issues Observed: It shows an error message stating "Relationships already exists"
*Expectation* : when the user tries to send the request to inactive relationships, it should be reactivated
Note: Applicable for all clients and all user types
