View Relationships - Sending relationship request to an inactive client shows “Relationship already exists” error instead of reactivating the relationship

Description

1. Login the LexiZ
2. Click on Relationships module
3. Click on Add relationships
4. Try to send the relationship request to inactive client

Issues Observed: It shows an error message stating "Relationships already exists"

Expectation : when the user tries to send the request to inactive relationships, it should be reactivated

Note: Applicable for all clients and all user types
