openView Calendar: Apply Default Notification Values When Fields Are Empty.

Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to VitaGist.
- Click on the Calendar icon located at the top-right corner.
- Create an event and add a notification.
- Remove the values in minutes, hours, days, and weeks.
- Click Save.
Expected Result:
On the View Calendar screen, the notification should default to 10 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day, and 1 week.
Actual Result:
On the View Calendar screen, the notification values are showing 0 - minutes,hour,day and week.
Note : Applicable for Edit events and Reminder as well.
