On Android, setting an EditText to numeric-only (InputType.TYPE_CLASS_NUMBER + DigitsKeyListener) does not always show a pure digits keyboard like iOS. Some keyboards still display extra symbols (., ,, -), depending on the device or keyboard app. This behavior is expected on Android due to differences in keyboard implementations. Typing can still be restricted to digits.
