closedMedication - Application will crash when mandatory fields are felt empty, and no alert is displayed for other mandatory fields when not filled(Medical Condition, Strength, Unit, Frequency)

Description
1. Login to VitaGist
2. Click on Health
3. Click on Medical condition
4. Click on save
5. Alert appears for Medication Name
6. Enter Medication name and click on save
7. Alert appears for "Start Date"
8. Enter Start date and click on save
Application crashes
Note : Alerts are not displayed for all the mandatory fields except above two mentioned
1. Alerts display should be displayed in order of 1st mandatory filed to last
