Temperature - Info text changes to Alert when saving with empty field values

Description

1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on Health module
3. Click on Apps and devices
4. Select Temperature or any other device
5. Click on Add reading
6. Click on save without entering data

Issue Observed :
  • Info text should change to Alert according to iOS.
  • Font - Alert message should to bold

Note: Applicable for all devices [Weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood oxygen]
