Description
Icon :
- The icon in the Add Diet screen should be updated to match iOS design.
Input validation:
- Only 4-digit values should be allowed when adding a diet entry in all fields. Currently, User is able to add more than 4 digit values
Card display:
- The added value should be displayed correctly on every diet card.
