openMedication - Medication card displays incorrect timings instead of selected time

Description
1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on Health module
3. Click on Medication
4. Click on add button
5. Enter the mandatory fields
6. set frequency as Everyday
7. Select mulitple dosage [for ex: 2 : 8 AM and 8 PM]
8. Click on save
Issue Observed:
- Medication Card displays specific times (e.g., 8 AM, 9 AM) instead of showing the selected time [8 AM and 8 PM]
- These incorrect timings are also reflected incorrectly on the dashboard.
- If user edits the same medication, Incorrect specific timings displayed instead of selected time.
Expectation:
Medication Card and dashboard should display the selected dosage time
Selected dosage time should be reflected on the both dashboard and edit medication window.
