Create DocEditor : All image segments are removed but Only the selected image segment should be removed.

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Login to Lauditor.
  • Click on Menu > Doc-Editor.
  • Go to the Create tab.
  • Add multiple image segments.
  • For each image segment, click on Browse and upload an image/document.
  • Remove the first or second image segment.

Actual Result:
All image segments are removed, not just the one selected.

Expected Result:
Only the selected image segment should be removed. The remaining image segments must stay intact.
