Create - DocEditor : "?" Symbol Appears in Confirmation Popup and it should be removed.

Description

Steps to Reproduce:
  • Login to Lauditor.
  • Click on Menu > Doc-Editor.
  • Go to the Create tab.
  • Add one or more segments and enter text.
  • Click on File > New.

Actual Result:
A confirmation popup appears with an unnecessary "?" symbol.

Expected Result:
The "?" symbol should be removed from the confirmation popup.
