Country Affiliations:- If the same phone number is entered for the secondary country, a warning appears and the Add form automatically closes. This should not happen, the Add page should remain visible.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to the Settings module
3.Click on country affiliation
4.Click on Add New Country FAB Icon
5.Select the country and fill all details
6.enter the phone number as already used one
7.An Warning message will appear
8.That Add new Country form will automatically closed
