Description:
The "Select Country" dropdown on the Register page does not display "United Kingdom" and several other country names. This issue also occurs in the Settings > Country Affiliation section.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Open the VitaGist application
  • Go to the Register page
  • Click on the "Select Country" dropdown

Expected Result:
All country names, including "United Kingdom", should be listed in the dropdown.

Actual Result:
"United Kingdom" and some other countries are missing from the dropdown list.
