Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to VitaGist.
- Go to Health > Apps & Devices.
- Select any device that has no entries added and click on that.
- Observe the logo image at the bottom right – it appears broken.
- Click on the broken logo – the expected fields are not displayed properly, and unable to add any details.
Expected Result:
Logo image should display correctly.
Fields should appear properly when clicking the logo.
User should be able to add details for the device.
Actual Result:
Logo image is broken.
Fields are not displayed properly.
Note:
Issue is applicable for all devices that entries not yet to be added.
