Health – Apps & Devices : Broken image and improperly displayed fields when adding a new device from the view screen

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Log in to VitaGist.
  • Go to Health > Apps & Devices.
  • Select any device that has no entries added and click on that.
  • Observe the logo image at the bottom right – it appears broken.
  • Click on the broken logo – the expected fields are not displayed properly, and unable to add any details.

Expected Result:

Logo image should display correctly.
Fields should appear properly when clicking the logo.
User should be able to add details for the device.

Actual Result:

Logo image is broken.
Fields are not displayed properly.

Note:
Issue is applicable for all devices that entries not yet to be added.
