Preconditions:

Member A belongs only to Group A.
Member A is assigned to Client A only.
Client A is assigned to both Group A and Group B.

Steps to Reproduce:
Login as a Group Head or Team Member (belonging to Group A).
Create a Matter using:
Client: Client A and Group: Group A and Team Member : Member A
Submit the matter. [Matter Name: "Civil Law Case"]

Navigate to:
Menu → Timesheets → My Timesheets → Not Submitted
Select the matter "Civil Law Case" and enter:
Task and Status and Date and Hours
Click Save.
Log out.

Login as a Super User.
Navigate to:
Menu → Matter Module → View Matters
Locate the matter "Civil Law Case", click Actions → Update Groups.
Unselect "Group A", assign "Group B", then delete "Group A" from the list.
Click Save.

Log back in as Group Head or Team Member from Group A.
Navigate to:
Menu → Timesheets → My Timesheets → Not Submitted

Expected Result:

Previously entered timesheet entries for the reassigned matter should:
Be visible for "Civil Law Case" for this matter only.
Not be editable
Only the "Remove" button should be enabled

Actual Result:
Entries are still editable (fields like Date, hours , Mintues can be changed).

Note : This issue applicable for GH and TM account only.
