Health - View : Missing Heading, Incorrect Labels, Misalignment in Medication & Allergy and all Sections"

Description
Steps:
- Login to web vitagist
- Click health on left side
- click on medication.
- In the List of medications page.
Issues:
- Missing Heading: The top heading name is missing. It should display the respective title.
- Medication List Placement: The list of medications should appear below the search bar.
- Total Count Missing: The total count is missing for the list of medications and should be displayed.
- Alignment Issues: There are layout alignment inconsistencies that need to be corrected.
- Allergy Label Update: Change the section title from "List of Allergies" to "List of Allergy".
- Search Bar Text Update: Update the search bar placeholder text from "Allergies" to "Allergy".

Allergy name and severity fields should be aligned and start at the same horizontal point
