Steps to Reproduce:

  • Login to Vitgist
  • Go to Settings
  • Click on Personal Information
  • Click on Edit and upload profile picture.

Issue:
The toast message says “Document uploaded successfully”, even when a document is not uploaded.

Expected Result:
The valid toast message should appear
