Steps to Reproduce:
- Login to Vitgist
- Go to Settings
- Click on Personal Information
- Click on Edit and upload profile picture.
Issue:
The toast message says “Document uploaded successfully”, even when a document is not uploaded.
Expected Result:
The valid toast message should appear
