Dashboard - Medications - Manual entry is not available for added medications

Description
1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on Health Module
3. Click on Medications
4. Add First medication with everyday frequency and save
5. Navigate to dashboard
6. In the medication section
Issue Observed : Manual entry is not available for the medications added with everyday frequency.
Expectation : A manual entry field should be available so that users can add medications with their own date and time. [Please Refer iOS]

Manual entries are displayed, but the time is not editable. By default, '1:00 PM' is shown, but it should be changeable by the user.

There is Refresh issue, after manual entry, there cards should disappear, but until refresh , cards remain on the dashboard
