Steps to Reproduce:

  • Login to the VitaGist .
  • Tap on Health from the bottom navigation.
  • Tap on the "+" button and select Immunizations.
  • Observe the label/text in the screen.

Expected Result:
The section should display the correct label “Immunizations”.

Actual Result:
The label incorrectly displays “Insurance” instead of “Immunizations”.
