Steps to Reproduce:
- Login to the VitaGist .
- Tap on Health from the bottom navigation.
- Tap on the "+" button and select Immunizations.
- Observe the label/text in the screen.
Expected Result:
The section should display the correct label “Immunizations”.
Actual Result:
The label incorrectly displays “Insurance” instead of “Immunizations”.
