Steps to Reproduce:

• Login to the Leads.
• Navigate to the Inquiry module.
• Click on View Documents.
• Select any document and click on Action.
• Click on Attach to Matter.

Expected Result:
The logged-in user’s department and relationship access related the matters name should be displayed.

Actual Result:
Matters not related to the user’s department or relationship access are being displayed.

Note : This issue applicable for GH and TM account.
