Inquiry / View Document : The selected document should be fully viewable and readable in the document viewer but currently continuously displays the message "Loading document..."

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Log in to the Leads platform.
  • Click on the Inquiry module on the left panel.
  • Select any inquiry and click on Action.
  • Choose View Document.
  • Select any document and click View.

Expected Result:

The selected document should be fully viewable and readable in the document viewer.

Actual Result:

The document fails to load.
The viewer continuously displays the message "Loading document...", and the document is neither viewable nor readable.

The document takes 20 seconds to appear, but it should show up immediately.
  • Additionally - Document Modules - View Document Tab / View Delete tab.When the view the document , it should be visible and but error message appear
