openUpload Document : Duplicate Document Name Alert Displays Multiple Times Even After Initial Trigger.

Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Login to VitaGist.
- Go to Documents and open any folder.
- Click on the + button → Upload Documents.
- Upload multiple documents with the same file name.
- Click Upload, then try uploading again with the same name.
- Error message should appear but it doesnot appear.
Expected Result:
Alert should appear once when there's an actual name conflict and then clear after resolution.
Actual Result:
Alert continues to appear repeatedly even after initial upload or navigating back.

Updated. Based on the document upload remove list of upload documents once done close the document upload sheet.
