Steps to Reproduce:

  • Login to VitaGist.
  • Click on Documents at the bottom.
  • Select any category.
  • Change the country from the dropdown.

Expected Result:
The identity count should update accurately based on the document list.

Actual Result:
Identity count shows "0" even when there are documents available.

Notes: Applicable to all categories.
