Edit Document : Tags that were removed during editing reappear in both the view and edit screens.

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Login to iOS Vitagist.
  • Tap the Document tab.
  • Select any category except Identity.
  • Choose a document, tap Action, then tap Edit.
  • Remove all tags and tap Save.
  • Go back to the View Document and Edit screens.

Expected Result: Removed tags should not be visible.

Actual Result: Deleted tags still appear.

Note: Applies to all categories.
