Country Affiliation - The Country Affiliation Type previously assigned to a deleted country is not showing up in the dropdown when adding a new country affiliation

Description

1. Login to VitaGist
2. Click on Profile icon on the top right corner
3. Click on Country Affiliation
4. Click on add one or two country
5. delete the one country which has affiliation type - Permanent Resident
6. Add other country - Check the "select country Affiliation" drop down
"Permanent Resident" option will not be there. This happens to all the country

The above video shows that two country affiliations were added and deleted, adding new country affiliation --> affiliation dropdown is empty
