Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Login to VitaGist.
  • Navigate to Health (bottom navigation).
  • Go to Care Plan.
  • Click on Add Goals (bottom-right button).
  • Fill in all the details and click Save.

Expected Result:
The saved goals should be displayed in the Care Plan section.

Actual Result:
The goals do not appear after saving.
