Medical Condition: Success popup text needs to the updated

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Log in to Vitagist.
  • Click on the Health module at the bottom of the tab.
  • Click the + button and select Add Medical condition
    Fill all mandatory fields
    Click on save
    Success popup appears

Success popup message should display "Medical Condition" with a space, instead of "medicalcondition"

Note : This issue is applicable when updating and deleting the medical condition as well
