openMedical Condition: Success popup text needs to the updated

Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to Vitagist.
- Click on the Health module at the bottom of the tab.
- Click the + button and select Add Medical condition
Fill all mandatory fields
Click on save
Success popup appears
Success popup message should display "Medical Condition" with a space, instead of "medicalcondition"
Note : This issue is applicable when updating and deleting the medical condition as well

Need to update the response message for both add, edit of medical condition. 'Medicalcondition' - 'Medical Condition'.
