Medication: "As needed" entries appear under "Today's Medications" on the dashboard screen.

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Log in to Vitagist.
  • Click on the Health module at the bottom of the tab.
  • Click the + button and select Add Medication.
  • Fill in all details and set Frequency to "As needed".
  • Click Save.
  • Click on the Home button.
  • Check the Today’s Medications section under Health - Medication.

Issue:
Medications with "As needed" frequency are appearing under "Today’s Medications".

Expected Result:
Only medications with "Every Day" frequency should appear in "Today’s Medications".
"As needed" medications should not be listed out.
