[Recurring] Immunization - Next Due Date Defaults to Current Date When Left Blank During Immunization Entry

Stpes to reproduce
Login the new VitaGist app
Click on Health module
Click on Immunization
Click on Add button
Fill all fields expect due date
click on save
Choose the same immunization
When no due date is provided while adding an immunization, the "Next Due Date" field defaults to the current date upon revisiting the entry.
