Timesheet : Timesheet module should be removed from admin accounts.

Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to Lauditor using an admin account.
- On the left side , Timesheet module should be removed from admin account only.
Files
- Assignee set to muskan mathur
- File clipboard-202507221052-ristv.png clipboard-202507221052-ristv.png added
- Subject changed from My Timesheet [Not Submitted / Submitted] : Some fields are not visible and dropdown options are not listed for admin accounts. to Timesheet : Timesheet module should be removed from admin accounts.

Add to Timesheet checkbox should be removed in Meetings module
