Client A are part of Group A, B, and C.
Member A and Member B are both assigned to Group A, B, and C.
Client A has Member A and Member B added as team members.

Steps:

• Log in to Lauditor using Member A’s credentials.
• Navigate to the Matter module.
• Click the Create tab under Legal/General.
• Fill in all mandatory fields and click Next.
• Select Client A and Group A, then click Next.
• Choose any team members (do not upload any documents).
• Click Submit to create the matter.
• Go to View Matter, then click Action > View Details for the newly created matter.
• Open the Team Member tab.
• Delete the selected team member and confirm by clicking Yes.

Issue Observed:
When the Yes button is clicked to confirm deletion, the confirmation popup does not close.
Additionally, all team members—including the owner—disappear, instead of only removing the selected individual.
Only the selected team member should be removed from the list.
