Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to DGC
2. Open the menu
3. Navigate to Matter and select either Legal or General
4. Click the View tab
5. Select any matter, click on Action, then click the Close button

Actual Result:
The confirmation popup shows the text: "Are you sure do you want to close matter?"

Expected Result:
The confirmation popup should show: "Are you sure you want to close this matter?"

Note: This issue applicable for Reopen / Close matter as well. [Refer to web] and Both legal and general matter.
