Create Invoice : Currency Symbol Not Reflected in Rate and Amount Fields.

Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to Lauditor.
- Navigate to the Invoice module.
- Click on the Create tab.
- In the item table, locate the Rate column heading.
Expected Behavior:
A dropdown should appear next to the Rate heading with a default value like INR, and a list of other currency options (e.g., USD, EUR) should be available.
Once a currency is selected from the dropdown:
- The selected currency symbol should appear as a prefix in the Rate input field.
- This prefix should not be editable by the user.
- The Amount field should also reflect the same currency symbol.

Drop down text needs to be updated
such as Indian Rupees, AustralianDollar,... should be removed
- Status changed from New to Fixed - Pushed to Staging
- Assignee changed from Soundarya Vembaiyan to Vengadeshwaran R
- Status changed from Fixed - Pushed to Staging to New
- Assignee changed from Vengadeshwaran R to Soundarya Vembaiyan
1. Drop down text is not changed
2. Invoice is created with different currency --> View details --> It will be in "$"

- Status changed from Fixed - Pushed to Dev to Fixed - Pushed to Staging

Invoice is created with different currency - View Detais - Appropriate Currency should be displayed.
Currently it is not displayed.
