Create / Edit Matter – Team Member Section: On the Team Member page, the assigned team members are expected to be listed, but they do not appear.

Description

Steps:

  • Log in using a Super User account.
  • Navigate to the Matter module.
  • Click on the Create tab.
  • Fill in all mandatory details.
  • Select the client and group(s), then click Next.
  • On the Team Member page, the assigned team members should be listed, but they do not appear.

Note : This issue occurs for both Legal and General Matters across all user accounts.
